“Busy hand pulled and shaved noodle shop in traditional Chinese style. Brisket noodles and spicy wonton must have. Beef was pretty good as well. Highly recommended.”
“Noods so good, you'll moan! As a group of 4 adults, we started with the cripsy and tasty Scallion Pancake that was missing a dipping sauce that we could've requested. The Spicy Pork Dumplings (Szechuan Style) were a hit with that tingly magic from the Szechuan peppercorns.
You can choose your noodle style (Hand Pulled, Knife Cut, or Flat Wide), and watching them make the noodles in the open kitchen is like dinner and a show.
I ordered the Chong Qing Spicy Noodle Soup with Flat Wide noodles and I’m so glad I did. The broth looks really red but it's actually the perfect level of spice. With ground pork, peanuts, pickled veggies, scallions, and cilantro, this bowl brought the flavor and the portion size. I had leftovers and I happily had them for breakfast the next day. No shame!
Service was excellent! Even with a slightly complicated order where part of it was take out, the staff nailed it. Great food and great vibes! Slurp responsibly.
NOTES/TIPS:
**Order delivery/pickup on DoorDash and Caviar.
**Plenty of parking in shared lot.”
“Absolutely phenomenal. Great atmosphere. Great service. Amazing experience eating at the bar, watching them stretch handmade noodles.
We seriously take everyone who visits here and go back all the time. Everything is great but the spicy wonton appetizer is a go-to every time.
All of the noodle dishes are fantastic, love the saucy-style maybe the most with that ground pork. Pork Belly is a perfect add-on!”
“Beautiful temple of noodle deliciousness. Hand pulled noodles excellent. I personally preferred the thick and perfectly chewy hand cut.
Easy, quick and comfortable. Noodle making makes a great show… my kind of Vegas show! 🍜”
“OMG! A definite must try not just to see the process of your hand pulled noodle order, but the incredible food. The flavors, aromas…so damn delicious! Didn’t try the other location, but even if it’s half as good as this location, it’s worth it!”

“Magic Noodle is a must-stop for me on every Las Vegas trip. It’s small, walk-in only, and charmingly no-frills, with just the right number of tables and a few counter spots that have a front row seat to view the open kitchen where the hand-pulled noodles come to life.
The food is exactly what you want. Genuine, comforting, and full of flavor. The noodles are fresh, springy, and the clear star, supported by bold Szechuan-driven dishes that balance heat and depth without trying too hard. Service is fast and friendly, keeping the whole experience effortless.
Simple, honest, and consistently satisfying. I’ll gladly make the drive every time”
“We enjoyed our beef and pork noodle soups. We heard a lot about the hand pulled noodles and they were tasty. Hand pulled noodles have a toothy and chewy texture that’s better than regular noodles. The soup was a bit on the salty side for me but ok for my husband. We also ordered the onion pancakes. The pancakes, I think could have been better. It wasn’t flaky and a bit doughy. It’s closer to a 3 for me but gave it the extra bump.”
“Very small, cozy place. Loved that you can see the kitchen and the noodles they were making. Loved the spicy brisket noodle soup. Wait time can be long depending on when you go but definitely worth the stop.”
